Delete your Consiq account

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time. Here’s exactly how, and what happens next.

Option 1 — Delete inside the app (fastest)

This removes your account immediately. There is no waiting period.

  1. Open the Consiq app and sign in.
  2. Go to Me → Account Settings.
  3. Tap “Delete account”.
  4. Confirm your password and tap “Delete permanently”.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you no longer have access to the app, we can delete your account for you.

  1. Email support@consiq.app from the address on your account.
  2. Use the subject line: “Delete my account”.
  3. Include the email address you signed up with. If you signed up with Google or Apple, include that too.
  4. We reply within 5 business days with a confirmation link.

What gets deleted

The following data is deleted from live systems immediately:

  • Your profile (name, email, avatar, bio)
  • All check-ins, proof uploads (photos and videos), notes, and reactions
  • Your pods and pod memberships (pods you created will be transferred to another member or removed if empty)
  • Your streaks, accountability score history, and personal analytics
  • Push notification tokens and device identifiers

What we keep briefly, and why

A small amount of data may remain for a short time. It is not accessible from the app and is purged on the schedule below:

  • Encrypted backups — permanently purged within 30 days of deletion
  • Server logs and crash reports — purged within 90 days
  • Records we must keep by law (for example, tax records for paid subscriptions) — kept only as long as legally required

Before you delete

  • Export your data first if you want a copy.Me → Data & Privacy → Download my data. You’ll get a ZIP with your check-ins, proof, and pod content.
  • Cancel any active subscription. Deleting your Consiq account does not automatically cancel a Google Play or App Store subscription. Cancel it in your Google Play or App Store account first.
  • Deletion is permanent. Once done, we cannot recover your streaks, pods, or history — even if you sign up again with the same email.
