1. What Premium includes
Consiq Premium unlocks unlimited pods, unlimited active commitments, advanced insights, accountability analytics, priority support, and access to future AI coaching features. The core app (one pod, one commitment, proof uploads, basic feed, streak tracking) remains free.
2. Price and billing
Consiq Premium is US $4.99 per month (local currency equivalents shown at checkout). Payment is charged to your Google Play or Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Prices may differ by region and may include local taxes.
3. Auto-renewal
Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. The renewal price is the price shown at signup unless we notify you of a change at least 30 days in advance.
4. Free trial
If a free trial is offered, its length and the price of the subscription that begins at the end of the trial are shown before you subscribe. Your paid subscription starts automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends. You can cancel any time during the trial without being charged.
5. Cancellation
Cancel from your device: Google Play — open the Google Play app, tap your profile, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Consiq → Cancel. App Store — open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions → Consiq → Cancel subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep Premium features until then. We do not pro-rate partial periods.
6. Refunds
Refunds are handled by the store you purchased through. Google Play — play.google.com/store/account → Order history → request a refund. Apple — reportaproblem.apple.com. Where local law grants you a stronger right (for example, the EU 14-day right of withdrawal), that right applies. If you believe you were charged in error and cannot resolve it with the store, email support@consiq.app.
7. Restoring purchases
If you reinstall the app or switch devices while signed in with the same store account, open Settings → Manage subscription → Restore purchases to re-link your Premium subscription.
8. Family Sharing
Premium is tied to your individual account and is not currently shareable through Family Sharing or Google Play family library.
9. Changes
We may change Premium features or price. Material changes are announced at least 30 days in advance. If you don’t accept a change, cancel before it takes effect.
