How do I join a pod?
Go to the Pod tab and either accept an invite code from a friend or browse public pods by goal.
I missed yesterday — am I out?
Probably not. You have a grace window to check in late before a strike is applied. Open the app to see your status.
Can I be in multiple pods?
Free plan: 1 pod. Premium: unlimited pods (e.g. one for fitness, one for writing).
How do I delete my account?
Me → Account Settings → Delete account. Your data is removed within 30 days; ask support for an export first if you need it.
